BRONZE WORK

Bronze is an ideal alloy for casting, engraving, and *repoussé work. When melted, it flows into the crevices of a mold, reproducing every detail; once hardened, it is easily worked with a tool.

*(ornamental metalwork) hammered into relief from reverse side.
